SoDough Square, which had been operating under a soft open as of mid-May, has expanded its hours and days at its new Detroit-style pizza restaurant in Orlando.

Located at 419 East Michigan Street, the restaurant recently announced an expansion of their hours, which had previously been limited. SoDough Square is now open Wednesday through Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

SoDough Square has been well received by the community since its opening, selling out daily during their soft opening in which they were selling 100 pizzas a day.

“Please arrive early to secure an order. We make as much dough as we can hold,” reads a disclaimer on the restaurant’s website. “We love and thank you for your understanding and support.”

Owned and operated by Robert Bair, the business sits next door to another of Bair’s businesses, Tin & Taco, and is just one plaza over from a new pizza concept that will replace Mediterranean Blue.

Bair prides himself on having taken time over the past several years to develop a dough, cheese, and sauce blend that is representative of his Detroit roots.
