On June 9, 1951, Pamela Urquhart entered this world as a bright light. Hailing from Elmont, NY, she graduated from Hempstead High School, raised her family in Baltimore, and retired in Melbourne, Florida.
She is predeceased by her mother, Mrs. Edith Edwards Fields, father, Mr. Warren Urquhart and survived by Mr. Kenneth Williams and their children, Ms. Cassandra Williams and Ms. Bianca Williams and grandchildren: Mr. Davonte Williams, Ms. Briana Norwood, Mr. Kamari Williams, Mr. Anthony Booker, Mr. Carlos Booker and Ms. Cassandra Booker. Her life partner, Mr. Raymond Veit, her brother, Mr. Glenn Urquhart, sister-in-law, Mrs. Linda Urquhart, nieces: Dr. Jasmine Urquhart Gillis, PhD. and Ms. Michelle Urquhart, a host of family and friends, as well as, two dogs she would sneak treats to: Madden and Sifu.
A loving matriarch who exemplified faith, grace, and compassion, Pam aka Nana/Nanny, was a consistent advocate, always providing a helping hand and encouraging word to anyone in need. She was a very creative spirit who enjoyed sewing – a gift she shared with her mother, photography, and spending time in nature – particularly communing with the ocean. Pam appreciated art, music, and culture which she passed down to her daughters. A deeply spiritual woman who knew her own mind, Pam went home to be with the LORD on July 15, 2022 in Melbourne, FL. She is celebrated, dearly loved, and will be truly missed.
