As thousands of visitors descend on downtown Orlando this weekend, city officials are warning of the potential parking and traffic issues that will accompany them.

Multiple, large-scale events will take place in downtown on Saturday, including a Florida Cup soccer match between Arsenal and Chelsea of the British Premier League at Camping World Stadium, and an Orlando City Soccer Club match against the Philadelphia Union at Exploria Stadium.

The city is encouraging those visiting Camping World Stadium to take advantage of a free shuttle, as multiple streets around the area will be closed. Those streets include Church Street between Tampa Avenue and Rio Grande Avenue from 7 a.m. to approximately an hour and a half after the event, as well as Central Boulevard between Glenn Lane and Terry Avenue from 4 p.m. until one hour after the soccer game on Saturday.

According to city officials, parking is sold out at Camping World Stadium. Visitors are encouraged to consider planning travel routes “based on where they will park and use the parking location address to navigate” to the area.
