Ann L. Schreffler, 84, of Winter Garden, FL, formerly of Holland Twp., NJ and Coudersport, PA, passed away peacefully at home Monday, July 18, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born May 29, 1938, in Easton, PA, and was the daughter of the late Paul and Alverna (Lehr) Apple. She was the loving wife of Jerry Shreffler who preceded her in death in September 2020.
Ann was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Riegelsville, PA. Her passions were gardening, reading, and her family. She also enjoyed her Monday night card club with the neighborhood ladies, volunteering at her church, and sharing her love for the Amish by owning and operating an Amish Furniture store. She was also a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Coudersport, PA.
Ann will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Kristi Beals and her husband Zachary of Winter Garden FL; her son Gregory Shreffler; granddaughter Taylor Beals and her wife Lorey Spade, grandson Tyler Beals and his fiancé Ethan Olivas; and her brother Paul Apple and his wife Eileen. She was preceded in death by her sisters Lois Will, Marjorie Sarkady, and Barbara Apple.
A graveside service and burial of ashes will be held at the Riegelsville Union Cemetery on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 1 p.m.
