Osceola County will host a backpack giveaway on Saturday to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.
On Saturday, July 30, the county will host a Back to School Bash and Backpack Giveaway from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Archie Gordon Memorial Park, which is located at 420 Buenaventura Boulevard in Kissimmee.
The first 500 students will receive backpacks with school supplies.
Students must be present in the vehicle in order to receive a backpack.
The event is only open to Osceola County residents.
