It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce that Christopher (Chris) Joseph Jackson, beloved son, brother, and grandson passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 26.
Chris was born on April 20, 1996 in Manassas, Va. and was the youngest of 3 boys. His family moved to Orlando in 2002 where he grew up. Chris had a smile that would light up a room. He had a gentle spirit, caring and kind soul, and was a friend to everyone he met. Chris enjoyed sports and played baseball growing up and was an avid Washington Capitals hockey fan. He also loved to fish and spent some of his happiest times out on the water with his Dad and brothers. He had a wonderful sly sense of humor and an unmatched wit. He loved animals, especially his dog Atlas. Most of all Chris loved spending time and being around his family. Our hearts are broken and Chris will be missed beyond words. Chris was a great example of what God wants us to be; love everyone, judge no one and help one another.
Chris is survived by his parents, Richard and Maureen Jackson, his brothers Matthew Jackson (Kristen), Shawn Jackson, his Grandparents Ray and Lorraine Ingrassia, Mary Lou and Tom Moriarty, his Uncle Ray Ingrassia and nephew Jacob Jackson.
Chris was greeted in heaven by his grandfather, Richard “Dick” Jackson and his beloved dogs Cody and Ranger.
There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, August 9th, at 1pm. The service will be held at Windermere Union Church (UCC), at 10710 Park Ridge Gotha Rd, Windermere, FL 34786
