David Capalino, 66, of Lake Mary, Florida passed away October 17, 2022.
Mr. Capalino was born on September 10, 1956 in Hastings, Nebraska. He graduated from USF in 1977 where he received his bachelor’s degree. He married the love of his life, Ronnie on May 28, 1982.
David worked in fire protection for over thirty years. He started his career with ITT Grinnell and ended with Quality Fabrication & Supply/ Wiginton Fire Corporation. He was an avid history buff and enjoyed fishing and golfing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ronnie Capalino; daughter, Mercedes Ford and her husband Mark; brother James Capalino and his wife Carlin, and his beautiful granddaughter Hailey Whitaker.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 pm on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at All Souls Historic Chapel, 800 S. Oak Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771. The family will host family and friends for visitation and reception at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 5000 CR 46A, Sanford, Florida 32771 immediately following Mass.
