Sanford Police Department is asking the public for help to identify a man who is wanted in connection with burglarizing a local residence.

On Sunday, January 1, the man featured in this story was observed on video surveillance approaching a residence in the area of Williams Avenue.

The man approached the front of the home and removed tools that were placed near the door.
