Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to County Road 439/Conroy Windermere Road just north of Dr. Phillips Boulevard on Sunday, March 26, after receiving reports of an accident involving a car and a bicycle.
The incident was caught entirely on dashcam video.
In the video, two bicycles are seen proceeding across the crosswalk of the roadway while multiple vehicles are stopped at a red light. As the bicycles continue, a Toyota Corolla is seen driving at high speed towards the intersection.
