Daniel S Walton, 81, of Celebration, FL passed away on April 5, 2023 at Adventhealth Care Center Celebration.
He was born on September 30, 1941 to Earl and Joyce (Speer) Walton in Trenton, NJ. Daniel was a Chief Financial Officer for a software company and a Veteran of the United States Navy.
Daniel is survived by his loving family; wife, Patrica Walton of Celebration, FL; son Christopher (Tanya) Walton of Hampton, CT; daughter, Amanda (Andrew) Troelsen of Minneapolis, MN; son, Matthew (Kelly) Walton of Kissimmee, FL as well as 5 grandchildren, Ashley, Patrick, Soren, Hanne, and Benjamin and 2 great grandchildren, Adeline and Amelia.
Dan was well loved, cherished and respected by many for his kindness, strength, generosity, faith and guidance. He was a life long fisherman and baseball player, and an active man of faith. Most recently he was Spiritual Advisor for Saint Vincent de Paul Society of Corpus Christi Church and a member of the Veteran’s Club of Celebration, FL.
A funeral mass will be held at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Celebration, FL Friday May 5, 2023 1pm.
