A 57-year-old Orlando man was killed and two others were seriously injured after their vehicles were involved in a head-on collision in south Orlando.

The fatal accident took place on Friday, June 16, at around 3:54 p.m., according to a report issued by the Florida Highway Patrol.

According to authorities, the 57-year-old Orlando man was driving a 2007 Toyota Corolla northbound on Rio Grande Avenue, approaching 41st Street.
