Donna Mogilski

Donna Catherine Mogilski passed away peacefully during the early morning of June 18, 2023 at her home in Celebration, Florida at the age of 68 years while surrounded by her loving family at the time of her death. Donna fought a courageous two and one half year battle against endometrial cancer to her last breath.

Donna was born in Hawthrone, California as the first child of Betty Jo and Vernon Siebler. Donna is survived by her husband Edward Mogilski of Celebration, Florida, daughters Jordana Hoffman and Meredith Noe, both also of Celebration, Florida, step-daughter Sara Mogilski of Olney, Maryland, step-son Jon Mogilski of Newport Beach, California, grandchildren Cash, Rhys and Jack Hoffman, Isabella and Hannah Noe, Sofia and Alina Mogilski-Johar , sister Janice Uhlig of San Diego, California, brother Thomas Siebler of Sunrise, Arizona and brother Michael Siebler of Baker City,Oregon.

Donna was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School in San Diego, California, California State University in Fullerton, California and an MBA graduate of California State University San Bernardino. Early in her career, Donna worked in television Program production and subsequently returned to Southern California and founded the MommyCiZe program for women while in maternity. Prior to Donna’s retirement at the age of 61, Donna held executive positions for various non-profit organizations in Orange County, California.

Donna enjoyed her retirement in Florida and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and traveling throughout the Southeastern states and the Caribbean. Donna was an avid dog lover and she was especially proud of the 4 Golden Retrievers and 2 Labrador Retrievers that Donna and her family nurtured and raised.

Donna was an accomplished and certified yoga and breathing instructor/coach and provided yoga classes supported by the Thriving in Place program in Celebration, Florida.

Donna said that her greatest life achievement was loving her children, grandchildren and husband.

Donations can be made in Donna’s honor to the American Cancer Society or the Advent Health Central Florida Foundation. A tree may also be planted in Donna’s honor.
