At least 30 residents were displaced from their homes after a fire broke out at a luxury apartment complex in Hunter’s Creek on Wednesday.

Orange County Fire Rescue crews responded to The Parkway at Hunter’s Creek on Wednesday, July 5, after reports of multiple fire alarms being triggered at the complex, which is located at 10024 Colonial Grand Boulevard.

Upon arrival, crews determined that at least six units were impacted by the fire and smoke. The blaze caused a roof to partially collapse, and fire crews worked to evacuate the building.

Firefighters were able to knock down the fire and take control of the blaze. No injuries were reported and no one required transport to local hospitals.
