An Orlando concert venue will host a series of performances this weekend as a benefit for Planned Parenthood.
Spring Awakening will be held on Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, July 23, at 3 p.m. at The Abbey, located at 100 S. Eola Drive in Orlando.
The show will feature reimagined versions of songs from Spring Awakening, which is a coming-of-age rock musical with music by Duncan Sheik and a book and lyrics by Steven Sater. Re-arranged to reflect styles of Rock, Jazz, R&B, and more, visitors will experience the songs as if they are brand new.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Planned Parenthood.
