A local library will host a community Improv Jam this weekend in an effort to bring together improvisers across all experience levels.

The event will take place on Sunday, July 23, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Melrose Center, which is located inside the Orlando Public Library at 101 E. Central Boulevard in Orlando.

The event is free and open to the public and includes sessions led by Melrose Center staff, as well as guests from the local theater community. Festivities will kick off with group warm-ups and rust shakers, followed by randomizing players into teams to play in long-form sets.

All levels of experience are welcome and supported at the event.
