Kent Johnson, 66, of Orlando, departed this life on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Kent was born on May 6, 1957 in Tallahassee, Florida. He was a proud graduate of Florida A&M University. Professionally, Kent worked in retail for several years at Men’s Warehouse, Orlando.
Kent was a homebody, who worked tirelessly to provide for his beloved family. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Kent is survived by his loving wife, Antionette; daughter, Kenydra Johnson; son, Keith (Iris) Hardrick; 2 brothers, Astor Johnson Jr., Leroy (Jane) Johnson; 1 grandson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 10 a.m. until services begin at 11:00 a.m., Elim Ministries of Orlando, 756 Lake Baldwin Lane, Orlando with Pastor Winfred Verreen, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
