Police officers are investigating a shooting incident that damaged a business in downtown DeLand on Monday evening.
According to the DeLand Police Department, a gunshot was fired into DeLand Pilates (119 N Woodland Boulevard) at around 7 p.m. on Monday, March 4.
There were no injuries reported.
The DeLand Police Department stated on social media that this appears to be an “isolated incident,” and the investigation is “active and ongoing.”
No further details were provided by the police department, though investigators advised that more information will be released as it becomes available.
