Vilma Merced passed away in her sleep joining her loving husband of 54 years.
Vilma is pre-deceased by her husband, Raul Merced and Grandson, Xavier Melendez
She is survived by her children, Jeanette Burgos, Michaelle Merced and John Burgos; nieces whom she raised, Wanda Ramos, Sara Ramos and Sandra Ramos, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Vilma was raised in the ” Heart of New York” and raised her family in Southbridge Massachusetts, moving to Florida in the year 2000.
She was an active member of Democratic Party here in Orlando and was a mother, mentor and aunt to anyone she came in contact with.
