Orange County Sheriffs Office (OCSO) patrol vehicle

The victim of a homicide that took place at an apartment complex in Orlando last week has been identified by authorities.

On Friday, June 7, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Lake Weston Point Apartments located in the 2300 block of Lake Weston Drive in reference to shots being fired, according to the sheriff’s office.

When deputies arrived, they located a male victim who had been shot. He was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

In a media release on Tuesday, June 11, OCSO stated that the victim in this case has been identified as 60-year-old Ramon Alberto Reynoso Garcia.

“This is all the information we have for release at this time,” stated the sheriff’s office.

No further details were provided regarding the fatal shooting or any potential suspect(s).

The homicide investigation remains active and ongoing, according to OCSO.
