Denise Mary (Dominy) Bradstreet, age 67, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 in hospice care at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on April 9, 1957 in Homestead, FL, daughter to her late parents, Irving and Gloria (Hough) Dominy. As an Air Force family, they travelled to many exotic locations – Okinawa, Japan being her absolute favorite. Denise graduated from Colonial High School in 1975 and began work at Air Florida at the Orlando International Airport. It was during this time she met her husband of 44 years, Mark Bradstreet.

It was in Orlando that Denise and Mark raised their wonderful son, Matt. Denise later left the airline industry and began work in the Orange County Public School system. She taught and worked an exceptional education paraprofessional at Deerwood Elementary, Colonial High School, and the Colonial Ninth Grade Center, a passion she would continue for over 20 years until her Multiple Sclerosis forced her to retire. She loved her students and caring for them was the pinnacle of her career.

She had a wonderful sense of humor, a love for life, and was genuine force of nature. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, John Dominy.

In addition to her husband of 44 years, Mark, Denise leaves cherished memories to her son, Matthew Bradstreet; granddaughter, Nona Bradstreet; her brother, Paul Dominy; her special boy (dog), Lil Louie; and many friends who loved and cared for her.
