Antonio Lima, 86, passed away December 13 in Ormond Beach Florida. Tony, a long time resident of Sanford, FL is survived by his sister Jean and many second and third cousins. Tony graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City before moving to Florida. He was an art teacher for many years at Lyman high school. He played many musical instruments including saxophone, keyboards and guitar. He was also a. member of local bands. Tony enjoyed sketching and drawing. Besides being an art teacher, Tony also was a cab driver in New York City as well as a part-time fixer of VCRs and TVs. He enjoyed the challenge of fixing electronic devices. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved animals, especially “his puppers”. He was also an avid runner and boxer

The family will host a visitation on December 22, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Baldwin-Fairchild Oaklawn Chapel, 5000 CR 46 A, Sanford, Florida 32771. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Oaklawn Park Cemetery.
