A slate of locally owned restaurants will be featured during the Orlando City Soccer Club’s 2023 season as part of a new “Orlando Made” initiative.
On Wednesday, Exploria Stadium announced five new permanent additions to its concession offering for the upcoming 2023 season. The additions are all local restaurants and include 4Rivers Smokehouse, The COOP, Teak Neighborhood Grill, Black Rooster Taqueria, and Harrell’s Hot Dogs & Cold Cones.
In addition to the restaurants, the program will feature a rotating vendor cart that will vary by game with local options like Cholo Dogs and Sus Hi Eatstation.
“Last season we spent an extensive amount of time listening to our Season Ticket Members and fans. One of the areas they asked us to really focus on and lean into was having more local, authentic Orlando food options. We live in an exciting culinary destination and there is not a shortage of great local options. As a Club, it is important to us to represent the community that we call home, something we hope our fans feel when experiencing a match day at Exploria Stadium,” said Jarrod Dillon, Orlando City SC and Orlando Pride President of Business Operations.
The restaurants will all be spread out over different sections in the stadium, with 4Rivers Smokehouse set for sections 31 and 1, Teak set for sections 18 and 19, Black Rooster Taqueria set for section 24, and Harrell’s set for sections 30 and 31.
Orlando kicks off the 2023 Major League Soccer regular season on Saturday, February 25 against the New York Red Bulls.
