The North Carolina State Wolfpack will take on the Kansas State Wildcats in the first ever Pop-Tarts Bowl at Camping World Stadium this week.

The Pop-Tarts Bowl will take place on Thursday, December 28, at 5:45 p.m. at the stadium, which is located at 1 Citrus Bowl Place.

Kansas State finished the regular season with a record of 8-4. The university is representing the Big 12 in the matchup. North Carolina State finished its season ranked number 19 in college football, amassing a 9-3 record. The school will represent the ACC in the bowl.

NC State is making its sixth appearance at Camping World Stadium and enters the game on a five-win streak, including a victory over Clemson University. The school finished third in the ACC.

Kansas State finished tied for fourth in the Big 12 and is playing in Florida for the first time. The team’s four losses during the season came by a combined 21 points.
