El Potro celebrated the grand opening of its fourth Mexican restaurant this month.
The newest location opened at 5180 S Conway Road in Belle Isle, joining three others in Winter Park, Apopka, and Orlando.
The self-proclaimed “best authentic Mexican restaurant” in Orlando, El Potro’s menu features a bevy of classic dishes and Tex-Mex favorites including enchiladas, tostadas, tacos, burritos, and chalupas, all served in a variety of combinations.
In addition to meat platters and entrees, the restaurant features a nacho menu and multiple, popular appetizers, like guacamole and bean dip.
Classic desserts including flan, churros, and sopapillas are also available.
The business joins a slate of new restaurants in Orlando in various stages of development, including a nearby 4Rivers Smokehouse location in SoDo that is nearing completion.
